Not true, I have restarted the machine and it is still the same thing.
Toshiba laptop with ATI Mobility chipset.

Yes the theme overall is nice but with it being as bright as it is it
would hurt to stare at it all day long.  A tone down would help, love
the scrollbars though:-)
