non-root can't access dv device

In kino:

Edit -> Preferences -> IEEE1394 -> set 'Driver' to dv1394 and put
'/dev/dv1394-0' in the text box right of the driver selector.

Then press OK and it should work (it might become /dev/dv1394-1 if you have
more than one camera)
