Switching from Windows guide

Hi Matthew,

Thanks for taking a look at the guide. Would it be possible to produce a
PDF/HTML version for the install CDs (and/or available online), so that
people can access the full guide from within Windows?

It might also be helpful if parts of it were accessible from the live CD
itself, especially the installation bits.
