As far as I can see you've basically applied our general method for
procedures to a passage that was missing it. It's definitely an
improvement: please feel free to open a bug on that passage or submit a
patch. We use the <procedure> tag for procedures. Check any other
procedure section for a quick example of how to use that tag.
