I fixed the problem in our repository when you originally reported it.
The reason you do not see it on the website is that I do not have access
to that server, it is reserved to Canonical employees, and I am not
really prepared to pass individual files across to the webmaster as bugs
get fixed. I decided to wait until I had regenerated the whole website
with up to date translations. Unfortunately, I haven't done that yet,
because I've been pretty busy working and going on holiday, and other
such things. You'll have to wait until I (or someone else) finds the
time to regenerate the website and sends it to the webmaster to be
uploaded. I will try and find time soon.

I would like to make one point about the tone of your messages.
Naturally, if you were paying us to make a Russian help website, you
would expect to receive better service. However, everyone on the docteam
is a volunteer, and we have put in an enormous amount of time to
localise that website. Sometimes in open source, volunteers are busy
with other things, and you have to make a bit of effort to work around
problems yourself. You can't just expect to receive 100% service all the
time.

The html version and the version in the help system of Ubuntu both work,
and you should suggest to your users that they use those.

Another option would be to make available a pdf on your russian website.
I can give you the pdf file. You will probably not be happy with that
either, since it cannot be viewed in evince, but that is not a bug I can
fix.

Matt
