Hi adam,

Sorry for miserable quoting.

The way to solve this is in the repo - simply update
generic/serverguide/C. This shouldn't be difficult because you can
copy over all the relevant files.

In future, please ensure that people are working on the serverguide
version of the document (not 'server'). The idea is that the second
one can easily be derived from the first one each time we release -
the only differences between the two should be that the 'server'
version doesn't need the introductory sections about package
management, because those are already in the help system elsewhere.

Please ask if you are unclear about anything.

As for ghelp links, thanks for working on that. It shouldn't be a
problem for the serverguide tho as it's a standalone document and
shouldn't contain links to any other document.

Hope this all makes sense.
