GUI for documentation, good or bad?

 Thank you but I've seen that documentation. I don't want that, what I
want have shown at
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?p=6012926#post6012926

You see how I have two scrollbars, one at the left and one at the
bottom, this way I can put in so much code/ideas/whatever without
taking much of screen space.

This is essentially what I am looking for.
