Localization of https://help.ubuntu.com/

Dear all,

I am looking for a tool/method to convert the Launchpad's French
localization of the System documentation
(https://help.ubuntu.com/9.10/index.html ..) in HTML pages that we
could insert into our Ubuntu-fr website (just the same as
https://help.ubuntu.com/ , but in French).

Does someone have an idea of how to do this ?
