It's an interesting question. We've traditionally made an exception
for this document because it relates to how to contribute to the wiki
itself and it could be confusing to new contributors to move them away
from the help wiki and back again. Plus it links to certain pages,
like the Tag series of pages for example, which *have* to be internal
to the help wiki because of the way they are used. I think it's
justified.
If people disagree we could add this to the agenda for the next
docteam meeting for discussion.
