That makes sense.

It's not all clear to a new contributor like me what the difference
between wiki.ubuntu.com and help.ubuntu.com is. For example, this is how
arrived at the Tag page:

     1. I visited the wiki[0]. Despite the very first paragraph's
explanation that the wiki isn't meant for documentation, I
missed it. I suppose it's because the heading is "Getting Help
with Ubuntu", and I didn't bother to read the paragraph which
explains that the wiki isn't about getting help with Ubuntu at
        all.
     2. I clicked on "Get Involved" [1], then "Documentation". This led
me to the DocumentationTeam page [2]. There's a distinction
between "system documentation" and "wiki documentation", the
difference between wiki.ubuntu.com and help.ubuntu.com really
        ought to be re-emphasised here.
     3. Clicked on "wiki documentation" [3], then
        "organizing/categorizing/restructuring". I arrived at a page [4]
        that is still on wiki.ubuntu.com.
     4. Click on the "tag system" [5]. Suddenly, I'm now in
help.ubuntu.com, which from its appearances looks very
        out-of-date.

If at all possible, I feel that all documentation about contributing
should be on wiki.ubuntu.com, and all end-user documentation on
help.ubuntu.com. The latter's theme really needs to be updated to
encourage its use and maintenance. I know that's probably on somebody's
TODO list somewhere, so consider this a gentle reminder. :)
