Page "unity-appmenu-intro" was renamed into "unity-menubar-intro"

Hi.

Please take a look to this bug: 
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-docs/+bug/1064559
It seems that the page "unity-appmenu-intro" was renamed into 
"unity-menubar-intro" in ubuntu-docs quantal (template ubuntu-help) 
12.10.3, and at least seven strings still refer to missing page.
