If you refer to the link I gave above, you can sign up directly on the wiki
for either Nagios (Chapter 10.2, which is flagged as a priority for this
cycle) or Apache (Chapter 11.1, which has already had some work this cycle)
or both.
To get started with learning the work flow, there is a very very trivial
bug report that just came in. I would suggest to start it.
