Doodle poll for next Ubuntu Doc meeting

Hi everyone,

Now that the holidays are behind us I'd like to host another Ubuntu
Doc team meeting. I've set up another Doodle poll to gauge when folks
are available:

poll is set to UTC time (you should be able to select your own
timezone if you are a normal human like me who has trouble with
