Thinking About Stepping Down

Hi :)
There are several job titles that cover some of what Gunnar seems to be
trying to describe. I've only bumped into them very recently but they seem
to describe this sort of role quite well imo. I've always struggled with
these ideas but the job-titles magically pull together a lot of nebulous
ideas into something fairly concrete.
"Volunteer co-ordinator"
"Community Development Officer"
There are other titles in "Human Resources" but within community groups and
with volunteering there are a whole bunch of other things that need to be
taken into account so i think there must be several other job-titles used
in other organisations already. They are valuable roles.
Having an idea about those sorts of titles makes it easier to add to a CV
and might make it easier for the team to realise what types of roles need
to be filled.
Regards from
Tom :)
