Desktop release notes

Hi docs team,

If you don't know me, I'm now the Desktop Engineering Manager at Canonical.

When 14.10 went out I'd only been in the job a few months and I didn't know
what the requirements were on me to write the release notes for Desktop, so
I put together some information on the wiki at the last minute.  This time
I've learnt a bit more, so I'm a bit further ahead.

I've put together some release notes for desktop related technologies here:

and I've created this wiki page (currently blank):
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/VividVervet/ReleaseNotes
to put them in.

I've also found this wiki page:

where I think I should probably add my details to the Desktop line.  Any
issues with that?
