Probably saying that there are bug-fixes isn't very relevant, as there 
are always bug-fixes.

Rather it could be more relevant, for example, mentioning the critical 
bugs that the user normally could find:
<https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bugs?orderby=-heat&field.importance%3Alist=CRITICAL&field.tag=VIVID>

The good part is that now all the confirmed bugs get importance set in 
less than a day, so most critical mugs can be known before release.
