I was not aware the plan was to skip it for 15.04.  I did not submit an update for it for 14.10 because there really was
nothing new other than some updated package versions and miscellaneous bugfixes.

I apologize for not associating string freeze with the desktop guide translation. I would have pushed for 15.04 release
notes earlier if I had thought it through.

Yes. Also a plan for the Desktop-Next/Unity8-Desktop user guide, which we should probably target for 15.10 since as far
as I know is still in the plan for at least non-default general availability in that timeframe.
