What's the rush? Why don't you just put it on hold until some admin of
~ubuntu-wiki-editors has approved your application?

Wait now... Ubuntu Studio is an official Ubuntu flavor. Which upstream
is it which recommends to not use Ubuntu packages?

This sounds weird to me. Whatever the issue is, it should probably be
sorted out with the Ubuntu Studio folks.
