ubuntu no arranca

Hola a todos los ubunteros.
Tengo un problema, Ubuntu no me abre.
Cuando inicio el ordenador, empieza a abrirse y llega a un punto en que se detiene y me aparece el siguiente mensaje:


mount of filesystem failed.
a mantenance shell will now be started.
control-d will terminate this shell and re-ny
root en amoros-laptop: #

Por favor ¿Alguien me puede ayudar? .
