Fernando quieres un consejo cambia el servidor ese y cambia al de 
canonical y prueba de nuevo si sigues teniendo problemas es tu red que 
se le caen mas paquetes que los que recoge.
Abra en Sistema-Administración-Gestor de paquetes Synaptic, una vez 
abierta la ventana de Synaptic, pulsamos en la opción Configuración y se 
desplegara un menú, pulsamos en Repositorios y saldrá una ventana 
llamada Orígenes del software, pulsamos en la pestaña de Software de 
Ubuntu,marcamos la casilla llamada "Descarga desde:" y cambiamos esta 
casilla a la opción "Servidor Principal", cerramos la ventana y si nos 
pide hacer el refresco, lo haremos nosotros en el botón Recarga de Synaptic.
Espero que de esta forma se solucione su problema.
