[ubuntu-in] Subscription with Official Email is Bad

Hi all,

I have, of late, noticed an increase in subscriptions to the list being 
made from official email IDs and most of them carrying a disclaimer 
info. Although the subscriber may not be respecting his company's 
disclaimer and mail policies, it's totally unethical for one to 
subscribe to a public mailing list with such an official email account. 
Please forbid from subscribing to this list with an official email 
account, especially if it is carrying a disclaimer. If your current 
subscribed email account does, please change it to something else ASAP.
