I agree with parthan on this issue subscribing to this mailing list
with official accounts is not a good thing.

But as this is a matter of etiquette and hence it should not be forced
into action. Just like you cant teach kids by forcing them to do
stuff. :)

It should be left upto those guys to re-subscribe with unofficial mail IDs
