[ubuntu-in] HELP Please

My ubuntu after updating became excessively slow. I do not know what to do.
I am very new to ubuntu but like its many features. Kindly help me urgently.
I want my ubuntu to be as fast as it was when installed. Its browsing is
slowed down and all mouse clicks even otherwise move slowly.
