[ubuntu-in] installation of ftp server and mail server

Dear brothers,

I got a project to install ubuntu server 10.04.3 in a system and to
configure ftp server and mail server.

The requirement is to configure
1) the ftp server for about a 100 GB (the total hard disk size is 250GB)
2) set the mail server so that the emails to their domain should be
stored in this server (eg:- mail at noname.com)

Can anyone please provide me some tutorials.
