Leaving the IRC council

Dear fellow ops and IRC users,
All good things must come to an end. Even though that's a terrible
cliché, it is still true. After about two years as first the de facto
leader of the IRC team and later part of the chosen IRC council I think
it is time for other people to take over. As of now, I am no longer a
member of the IRC council.
With the IRC council in good shape, I feel confident that Ubuntu's
presence on freenode is in good hands and will only continue to improve.
I wish all the members of the council good luck!
I'll still be operator, but for the future my main focus will be the
dutch locoteam, not IRC.
