The problem is more serious, the langpack from mozilla used in language-
pack-gnome-pt-base is the pt-BR one instead of the pt-PT one:

Portuguese: When language-pack-gnome-pt-base should have the pt-PT
langpack.

Brazilian Portuguese: The language-pack-gnome-br-base has the correct
pt-BR langpack.
