[Bug 209499] [NEW] Default window size too large - slips under bottom panel

Binary package hint: firefox

Ubuntu Hardy beta, 1024*768 display

1. Create a brand new Ubuntu user account, if you don't have one already.
2. In this user account, launch Firefox.

What happens: The window opens too large for the screen -- the status
bar, and the down button in the scrollbar, are hidden underneath
Ubuntu's bottom panel.

What should happen: The window should fit completely on the screen.

This is the sequel to bug 8045, this time with Compiz.
