To maximize the  quantity of people I make happy, along  with the
quality  of their happiness, the audience to whom  you give  the money
to is important -  giving Bill Gates the two grand  would hardly
increase his happiness.

I would  go  into kindergartens, and distribute  10  cents each to
20,000  kids. Kids don't do money very well and get  irrationally  happy
over small amounts of moolah.
