[Bug 1693416] [NEW] latest thunderbird update (52.1.1) broke my thunderbird/enigmail configuration, resulting in thuderbird hanging while "creating email", only for encrypted emails.

Public bug reported:

It happens since a couple of days. Every time I send an encrypted email,
Thunderbird hangs on "creating email". It hangs forever. I have to close
the window and re-create the message (also loosing the text, so I have
to copy it first). Then it usually works, but will hang at the next
message.

I run Ubuntu 16.04.
