Public bug reported:

python-oslo.log is the only reverse-dependency of python-funcsigs in the
archive. python-funcsigs has been removed from Debian, and it looks like
it's a long-obsolete package (an implementation of PEP362, from 2008?).

python-oslo.log *probably* doesn't need to build-depend on it? Could you
please investigate and remove the dependency if possible.
