It is unfortunate this comes so late, but it is needed for OpenStack.
The reverse-dependencies are all in universe.
FFe granted, but please keep an eye on proposed-migration for autopkgtest regressions in the reverse-dependencies, and be prepared to provide fixes, or file removal requests.

Status in python-pysnmp4 package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  The newest release of OpenStack Vitrage has replaced python-pysnmp-
  lextudio with python-pysnmp4[1]. It requires the methods and features
  in version 7.1.0 whereas only version 4.4.12 has been in Ubuntu since
  Jammy. An exception is requested to import 7.1.0 of python-pysnmp4
  from Debian into Ubuntu Questing.
