I'll also add that the package for pysnmp4 version 7 has only very
recently been uploaded to Debian experimental, and it's the very first
package from the 7.x series. If it was uploaded to experimental, it's
very likely not fully ready yet for general consumption, so proceed with
even more care, and possibly be ready to actually delete the upload from
-proposed and find an alternative solution, like vendoring the code you
need if possible.

Bug description:
  The newest release of OpenStack Vitrage has replaced python-pysnmp-
  lextudio with python-pysnmp4[1]. It requires the methods and features
  in version 7.1.0 whereas only version 4.4.12 has been in Ubuntu since
  Jammy. An exception is requested to import 7.1.0 of python-pysnmp4
  from Debian into Ubuntu Questing.
