You mean the horizon dashboard, i.e., the OpenStack web interface?

If yes, check the apache logs in /var/log/apache2 on the
openstack-dashboard/0 unit.

To get access to the deployed cloud environment, follow these steps:

 http://askubuntu.com/questions/597979/landscape-openstack-juju-management

Then you can just juju ssh openstack-dashboard/0 and inspect those logs.
