umbutu 14.04 Openstack Juno - unable to login to dashboard

If you do a:

$ export JUJU_HOME=~/.cloud-install/juju
$ juju status keystone

Is it up and in running state and do you see the relations set between
mysql, keystone, and openstack-dashboard?
