Hey Tom,
So 2 things the first is if you want to use the latest Xenial with
OpenStack Mitaka we've got a new product called 'conjure-up'
http://conjure-up.io.
For your issue it looks like you may be running an older keystone so what
you can do is:
```
sudo lxc-list -f
```
Find the container listed ubuntu-single-<name>, then
```
sudo lxc-attach -n ubuntu-single-<name>
su - ubuntu
export JUJU_HOME=~/.cloud-install/juju
juju resolved keystone/0
juju upgrade-charm keystone
```
The stable version of the installer is using a few older charms and I'm
going to push some fixes to that build tonight to address these. Doing this
above, however, will allow you to get OpenStack deployed without a
reinstall.
