[Ubuntu-PH] Forum Movement

Good Evening;

Just like to inform everyone that we'll proceed with the transfer of Ubuntu-PH 
forum to Ubuntuforums.org this week. The result is 12-3 in favor of the 
movement[3]. Hopefully, we have our own sub-forum by Friday. 

Loell[1] and Juan Carlos[2] would moderate the said forum. Both have signed 
the Ubuntu Codes of Conduct and are active contributors.

If you have any concerns or disputes, please don't hesitate to voice out. I'll 
keep everyone updated on this list.
