[Ubuntu-PT 8929] Erro initramfs Ubuntu-Server 10.04

Um bom dia a todos,

Estou com uma máquina instalado o ubuntu 10.04 server (modo texto)
E as vezes no boot é mostrado o seguinte erro:

E o boot para em (initramfs)
O que mais intriga é que basta apenas reiniciar a máquina que sistema sobe
normalmente... é de vez enquando que acontece este erro....
Em um teste com o debian Squeeze 6.0, fiz uma regra no cron para reiniciar
a máquina de 5 em 5 minutos, por toda uma noite... e o erro mostrado no
ubuntu não se repetiu.....
Escrevo porque enquanto for possível continuar usando o ubuntu... eu queria
tentar... apesar do debian  às vezes se mostra mais estável.
