The proposal to merge lp:~tobijk/livecd-rootfs/snap-coherence into lp:livecd-rootfs has been updated.

Description changed to:

Calling `snap-tool download` behaves essentially identical to `snap download`. In addition, it can set a cohort key when talking to the store, requesting a view of the channel map as it existed when the cohort key was created.
