[Bug 503339] [NEW] UEC lucid installer: CC fails to register when separated from CLC

UEC installer / 20100105 ISO (eucalyptus 1.6.2~bzr1120-0ubuntu2
Topology: CLC+Walrus / CC+SC

CC fails to autoregister. /var/lib/eucalyptus/.ssh/authorized_keys is
missing the CLC eucalyptus key (only contains the local eucalyptus key).
Adding the CLC key (from  /var/lib/eucalyptus/.ssh/id_rsa.pub) and
restarting eucalyptus on the CC+SC works around it.
