### Migration Issues ###

* dovecot (1:2.4.1+dfsg1-5ubuntu1 to 1:2.4.1+dfsg1-5ubuntu2) in proposed for 23 days
  Missing builds, see excuses
  - This appears to be a FIPS fix (LP: #2107773) that failed to build on
    ppc64el.
  --> The failure looks possibly spurious, so I retriggered the build
  --> Also noted the error on the bug, and recommended they check and
      troubleshoot if the rebuild still fails.

* postgresql-17 has migration issues for libreoffice and timescaledb but
  looks like other teams are highly active here.
