just adjusted the tasks and added the ftbfs tag.

LP: #2117467 libvirt Multipath device's targets are not added to
domain namespace/cgroup
Adjusted tasks, confirmed questing is fixed, subscribed the team.

## postgresql-17
timescaledb is failing with postgresql-17 and there have been many
retries already:
