sponsorship queue a 2nd chance.

breaks DNS
Added a bug task for the upstream Netplan project and referenced to a more
involved bug report that is probably the root-cause:

https://pad.lv/1838680 - sssd - socket activation services fail to start
with no config file
A very old bug, originally reported by Andreas. I was able to (partially)
reproduce the issue and asked the commenter how they ended up in this
specific situation of having a sssd.conf, as this seems to be a bit
different from the original bug report.

3 Bugs not touched in 60 days. The noteworthy ones:

restarting bind
Athos' patch was finally accepted in Debian \o/ This should now be easy to
cherry-pick and SRU (e.g. for someone who wants to practice their upload
powers ;-). Added bug targets & tagged server-todo.

https://pad.lv/1963926 - rdma-core - focal ,mlx5, steering,  Add support
for non FDB domain
Closed WONTFIX, due to Focal EOSS.

No bugs were found untouched in 180 days.

This seems to be related to the sssd bug from above. I did a quick review
and some cross-linking.
