The reporter sees a timeout on postfix start with his configuration on
Oracle cloud. I don't have an Oracle cloud account ready, and testing in
different clouds didn't trigger the bug, with the same postfix version and
basic configuration. So I asked the reporter if they could help us find a
reproducer and marked this bug as incomplete.

The reporter is having problems on Noble with krb5 authentication using a
Citrix agent that seems to be proprietary software. Not sure on how to
proceed here, marked for discussion.
