Strange, last I checked, it did! But the person editing must make sure
that the notification is sent.

We should file a bug regarding the ubuntu-devel thing. The mailing list
should add a Reply-To: header.

One problem about this approach is that VCS usually only manage to
generate diffs between revisions for text files. It's hard to see the
