Hello everyone,

There is not, as of yet, a questionnaire. I intuit that the experience
of giving the Workshop will generate good questions for us to put on a
questionnaire. Perhaps everyone should carry pen and notepad (or
electronic equivalents) with them. When something happens that causes
you to think of a question for the questionnaire, jot it down. We can
compare notes later in order to build the online form.
