Hi, we have created a new series 1.0 for indicator-china-weather and
release the newest tarball. And we also request an upload sponor from

  Chinese users. It will be installed in UbuntuKylin, which is to be a
  flavor of Ubuntu. We want add this package to Ubuntu archive so that
  we could build UbuntuKylin via launchpad.
