Bug description:
  "indicator-china-weather" provides China weather information for
  Chinese users. It will be installed in UbuntuKylin, which is to be a
  flavor of Ubuntu. We want add this package to Ubuntu archive so that
  we could build UbuntuKylin via launchpad.
