While this is a real problem they're dealing with on the forums, it's mostly
an over-reaction to some script-kiddies posting stuff like "sudo rm -rf /"
and people accidentally running it thinking they were serious.  (It's kind
of hard to read a sarcastic tone through the forums, so newbies all too
often just try whatever options are given to them).
