[CoLoCo] Ubuntu 8.04 Beta Released

And I think you can just upgrade to the newest version by running
"update-manager -d" or "update-manager --devel-release", that way you don't
have to do a full re-install if you don't want to. I have done this for some
of the past Alpha releases of Hardy Heron and it has worked great. Here is
