Dear Kevin,
I have been down this road before.
What you will need to do is to install Internet Explorer on the Linux
system, since the video system uses an Active X plug in (yes, my son, be
afraid, be very afraid...)
If you have the intestinal fortitude, the way out is:

After you successfully complete this installation, you will need to adjust
Micro$oft Internet Explorer to accept Active X. I will try to find you a
step-by-step for this phase.
Once you have completed this task, you need to take the special soap out
of the special box, and wash your hands over and over...
